I have been a patient for 10 years now and it’s exhausting trying to make an appointment. Iv been waiting now 31 minutes on and off hold with a “Sorry I’m checking in other patients”. We have a patient portal that I try to make an appointment but I never get a response. It’s been 18 days. This is why women are depressed & want to cry because we can’t even get seen by our own doctors. They need an easier way to make the appointment. Unfortunately I’ll have to find a new doctor at this rate.
Visit was very pleasant. From the receptionist to being prepared by Maria, to my visit with a very knowledgeable Doctor. Dr. Arzola is exceptional, she explained thoroughly what my procedure will Intel. Everyone was very helpful. I definitely want to become Dr. Arzola’s permanent patient. I am grateful for this opportunity. If anyone is looking for a GYN, Dr. Arzola is highly recommended.
All I have to say if you are able to get seen by this female professional 🙌🏽 doctor. Do not miss your appointment. They are an awesome team and my Dr are top of the line. I love my new doctor she is very attentive and gives you best professional advice. I feel so much better after surgery much needed. I'm forever thankful that God has put her in my path. 💯
I’m very satisfied with the great service offered by this particular team San Antonio Women’s Health Center. All the staff members were very courteous, friendly, helpful, caring people making feel comfortable, relaxed I didn’t have to wait, as soon I arrived I started filling out the paperwork when I was called, that really surprised me!! Everything was cleaned organized great energy! Good environment Great job!!👏 Thank you team!!!!
I was so nervous and scared, hadn’t been to an exam in 5 years. The staff…Excellent, very helpful and very attentive I felt like no judgement and made me feel better (calmed my nerves). At 56 I feel my body is going thru so many different changes so I was very much didn’t want to be there.
