I’ve had good experiences everytime I’ve needed them
The medical staff I've seen here are great, but everyone working admin is abysmal. You call reception, they tell you to email. You email, they tell you to use the app. The app doesn't work, so you email them back. They tell you to ring reception - you can't get through. So you try to put in a general admin request on the app - they're not taking requests anymore. It's frankly an absurd system - and this is has happened twice when I've need a prescription urgently. The university health service is an incredible service. Every person that I have ever come in contact with has been kind and helpful. Thank you everyone for going above and beyond!
Great treatment.
I like it. Only delay i experienced was with the NHS app, so not a problem with the clinic itself. Wait time was actually shorter than i would expect nowadays. My GP was very easy to talk to about mental health issues.
