My first impression at reception wasn’t very positive. The receptionist was multitasking, including answering phone calls while several people were waiting in the queue to check in. I greeted her, but she didn’t respond, which felt unwelcoming. I don’t think this is appropriate in a healthcare setting, especially at UNSW, where patients should feel welcomed and acknowledged. I also had an appointment at 9:00 am but had to wait quite a long time before being seen.

Wonderful healthcare clinic which myself and my family have been going to for over 10 years. The reception team are efficient and helpful and excellent at managing the large volume that they deal with each day. The nursing staff are always wonderful and friendly. There are lots of terrific doctors. I see Dr Crystal and as her name suggests she is an absolute gem of a doctor - extremely thorough, always takes the time to listen and understand your concerns and just a delightful human.
