I’ve had several appointments with Dr Ludmila Ferreira De Freitas for an ongoing issue and she has been efficient, communicated clearly, and offered what I thought was good advice and service. I imagine this practice is very busy so I understand when she is direct and quick to the point. Always book in beforehand otherwise you may only see the nurse after a wait. I've always had a good experience with the Drs and staff, especially Dr. Leonie Matthews and Dr. Sue Willis. Brilliant for students!
I really disappointed from their service,For the students they should be able to make the process more easier.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this clinic. Despite following all procedures and providing the required medical documents, I was repeatedly questioned and made to feel as if my concerns were not valid. The GP did not ask about how I was feeling or show any interest in my overall wellbeing. I did not receive any professional advice on what to do next or how to manage my situation. Unfortunately quite a negative experience. I have seen a few positive reviews with Dr Andrew Crossman but this absolutely did not align with my experience with him. I have had my condition for years and asked to get my regular check up test done, asking to make sure a more comprehensive set of tests were done (that every GP I have gone to has always given me) as it is always important to have a good history and understanding of how your disease is operating over time if anything changes.
