We had a great experience. We arrived 15 minutes early as asked, checked in (front desk gal's were lovely), and were seen right on time. Our nurse was fantastic & Ms. Heidi (NP), our provider, was wonderful. I appreciate that she met my son where he is and thoroughly explained everything. She was very transparent with next steps and timing on them.
