To think I have been dealing with this place since middle school and now 33. The rudeness of the people who picked up the phone is absolutely chaos. The nurses are always great! There is a certain person that is just heavily rude. The other comments have already said it I will be switching doctors due to the chaos and confusion and rudeness.
All the one star concerns are old and are not true about this location. This is a wonderful location with great doctors. I have seen several specialists and have gone there sometimes several times a week and never had nothing but a pleasant visit.
I am to assume all the the 1 star reviews are old and this building has replaced majority of the front desk that caused all the negative reviews. I just started going here half a year ago and I've had no problems. Yes the wait can get long, but it's the same wait I've experienced at other medical facilities. The women I speak to on the phone are always helpful and kind. Once I needed to schedule an appointment but my regular doctor was out, so the assistant(?) asked if I would be okay seeing a backup doctor.
Don’t know why the low ratings are about but there pretty nice and understanding now (maybe they renovated?)
