I’m not gonna sugar coat it, the wait was pretty brutal. But once I was seen, Dr Kankam took really good care of my trimalleolar fracture. He manually reduced the bone swelling which was easily one of the most painful experiences of my life. Brought in dental scans for both wisdom teeth from an emergency room dental office that gave me a referral to come here. They didn’t even look at my scans. Told me they didn’t know what the other doctor was talking about and that I didn’t need the referral because that doctor didn’t know what they were doing and I wasn’t going to die.
Just wanted to leave you all a five-star review because that's all I've ever experience here You all take care of me and look out for me and I appreciate it
Alondra should not be nurse lead she is not a supervisor as she impersonated to be. She would do nothing but give me rebuttals and make up excuses why my pain was not important enough to be seen. I am in excruciating pain and in need of immediate assistance and they laugh in the bubble. Omar is an ignorant nurse or assistant. He is constantly on his phone looking at pictures.
