Updating my review only cuz the manager called me and she was very sweet and seemed concerned. My issue was I waited an hour after my appointment was scheduled which caused me to be late to work. I think an hour is a long time to be seen especially for something that too 5 minutes or less, I was seeing by the nurse to get vaccines. But like I mentioned the manager did reach out the same day! So I'm updating my review because of that
I am a relatively newish pt since 2026, clinic is ADA compliant as they do have a ramp in the front. They have an easy to read door bell and staff greet and help you check in when you first get here. Provider is very knowledgeable and engaging in communication in plans for patient treatment & plans for treatment pain & therapy management. All in all I have had a greet experience with both provider and staff.
