The University Health Center is the first stop for University of Central Missouri students when they're sick or injured, need well woman care, or need clinical prevention and treatment services. There is an onsite lab and a medication clinic for prescriptions written by our providers, as well as over the counter medications. The health center is open only when UCM classes are in session.

My daughter is a Freshman and went to the on campus health clinic yesterday for ear and jaw pain. They cleaned her ears out and sent her on her way. The pain got worse over the weekend so I told her to go to the Warrensburg Urgent Care. She did today, and was diagnosed with a double ear infection and prescribed antibiotic drops. I have instructed my daughter to not go back to the on campus Health Clinic. So very disappointing.
Had me on a zoom call to "look me over" of course determined nothing and sent me to the local hospital which is no better then a third world hospital. Very pleased with the respectfulness of the staff but they are only concerned about covering the university under Covid regulations
