Went in for standard infection care, they gave me a cream that ended up giving me open sores and essentially a chemical burn. Ended up in Warrensburg Urgent Care and later the ER because of the pain. I am never going back again, and even the urgent care staff said to skip the UCM health center all together. DO NOT GO, SAVE YOURSELF
whenever I went, they were rude. as an accomidation I need my phone. they wont allow me to use my phone at all! plus it says on the website that i could book an appointment by email, they say I have to call. I have very bad anxiety when i call with strangers. they are no help. they also dont do multiple things(for treating), even if its just looking at something or doing a simple test.
We love our therapists here! Definitely worth the money, if that's an issue for you. Inexpensive way for us to get the help we need.
