This was my second time coming to this Breast Center for a mammogram. I always feel nervous before these appointments. The front desk staff member was very kind and even remembered that I am deaf, which meant a lot to me. I wish I knew her name so I could thank her. My first visit last year was a very good experience. The technician was gentle, patient, and understanding, which helped me feel calm. Unfortunately, my experience this time was very different. I rarely post reviews but I wanted to share my experience with Julia. It was my first mammogram appointment and I was a bit nervous. Her friendly demeanor and kindness put me at ease. She explained exactly what was going to happen during the exam and my fears went away. The compassion and empathy she showed me was so appreciated. Nice robes & very gentle for a mammogram
I have been going for mammograms to different places for many years. This is my first time here at UH and I had the best experience ever by far. Julia took care of me yesterday (2/24/26) and I had to return today (2/25/26). Both days she was great!! Her level of professional is amazing. She is a great asset to UH. Employees like her are hard to find. Thank you Julia!
