Came to my Dr appointment with my husband and 2yo and was told that they couldn't be in the office with me. When I had made the appointment with Truman Lakewood medical center I was NOT INFORMED about this strick policy. Normally when we go to Truman medical center Lakewood, there is not policy stating only one visitor. At least it wasn't enforced as much as this office. I'm upset because I feel like my husband and I were robbed of this first appointment.
I showed up to my appt 15 minutes early like I was supposed to and still waited an HOUR to be seen. Once I got back to the room Dr. Doan came in to check me out and my husband and I are pretty positive she was on opiods. She was slurring her words and constantly needed something to lean against or hold to keep her balanced. And she repeated the same questions over and over.
