University Grove is a beautiful, brand new property with a lot of potential, but the management is a serious problem, especially Sarah. My neighbor stole my trash can, which I pay 50 dollars a month for, I did not have my trash can for 2 months because of this & when I went to retrieve it from his unit, he put his hands on me and threatened to shoot me. I have stayed at 4 different complexes throughout my time at LSU and Univeristy Grove was by far the best! The biggest pros for me were: the driveway (no walking up stairs with groceries anymore is huge, and makes moving in so much easier), the quietness (no sharing walls with neighbors), no mail room for packages(everything comes straight to your doorstep) the location, the keyless entry, the fridges with purified water, the hardwood floors, the two linen closets, and the HUGE pantry. The property is genuinely amazing and it's so cool to see Baton Rouge bring in a place like this! The staff is super helpful as well, everyone is so kind! Brooklyn seems to be super popular in the reviews but she and Brock are super awesome and are on top of their game!
Brook was very helpful throughout the whole process. She explained everything in detail so there wasn't any misunderstanding. Highly recommend
