Amazing community to live in. Trevon is the best property manager I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Living at university grove was very safe and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!
These reviews have to be fake, my daughter lives here and this place is horrible. Management is horrible. Maintenance is horrible. The houses are cheaply built. My daughter sent me a picture of the side of someone’s house literally coming apart due to the wind. There are gunshots here all the time, there’s no cameras on property so they can’t even help. Things you should know before signing this lease: -No garbage cans. The first month we moved in everyone had garbage cans then they were taken away and now you have to walk all the way down to the front of the neighborhood to drop off your trash bags. -Anyone could knock on your door and say maintenance and walk in because they don’t have uniforms or a badge. -Random people can be assigned to your house without you having a heads up. -These houses are thrown up, the first day we moved in, and the doorknob fell off from using... read more
