Things you should know before signing this lease: -No garbage cans. The first month we moved in everyone had garbage cans then they were taken away and now you have to walk all the way down to the front of the neighborhood to drop off your trash bags. -Anyone could knock on your door and say maintenance and walk in because they don’t have uniforms or a badge. -Random people can be assigned to your house without you having a heads up. -These houses are thrown up, the first day we moved in, and the doorknob fell off from using... read more
Omg I recently discovered this spot it was amazing the girls Brooklyn and Caitlin were so helpful and since it was my first time the really coached me through and made me comfortable i definitely will be back
University Grove is one of the best student apartments in Baton Rouge! The community staff is so attentive and the property manager Tre’von is great! I had no issues at all while staying here And I’m so grateful for my time spent here!
