It was bad and then it got worse. The houses are extremely expensive for what you get. Every single apartment complex and housing complex within the area is cheaper person with better houses and amenities. Whenever you leave they’re gonna try and charge you hundreds of dollars for made up charges. Like 125$ to clean a single toilet shower bathroom. There isn’t a single amenity. Absolutely nothing. These 5 star reviews have to be fake. I just lived in university grove for a year and it was the worst living experience I have ever had. We had so many problems with appliances breaking and WiFi troubles that took a long time to fix. They charge you around $1k a month (sometimes more depending on utilities) with a trash fee (they don’t provide trash cans, you have to take your own trash to the dumpster) a community fee (there were 2 community events all year) and a pretty large guarantor waiver fee (?).
