I was a patient at this hospital but when I had the endoscopy during the procedure my esophagus was perforated. Obviously they don't care what happens to you and they are not responsible for anything and they never admitted the mistake. This review is solely based on customer services. I had the rudest experience of my life via phone while trying to schedule an appointment. The person answering the phone Priscilla hung up on me. A referral was sent from my primary care within the first 2 weeks of June. I called at the end of July and she abruptly stated they never received it and sent me to voicemail. I called back the primary care and they sent over two other referrals via fax. I called back this office and she hung up on me said they did not have my refer... read more

I’m a patient from this clinic for a couple of years and it’s the first time I’m calling to request an appointment, I have called 3 time in 2 weeks and no one called me back. I have to waste my time to go to the office so I couldn’t get an appointment. People who answer the phone and people who is supposed to call you are not reliable.

Diane is a true professional! She made the scheduling process look easy and with the complications with insurance companies and referrals I don’t know how she did it. I want to thank her for her efficiency!
