Good luck getting anyone on the phone I have been trying for over a month. Receptionist sounds like she could not care less.
The front desk people are extremely rude and have no phone etiquette especially working in health care. I’ve also needed to reschedule twice, but the second time I did it less than 24 hours. I get a letter saying they will not be providing me care due to this… how is that fair? Especially if I did reschedule once in a timely manner and the 2nd time an emergency came up, and i did call and left a message to the on call person for Sunday. This is just frustrating.
The sign for it is not very visible. Impossible to get on the phone though
