After having a tough time scheduling an appointment, I decided to come see the reviews. Can’t say I’m surprised to see a 2.5 rating. The first person I spoke with had an accent so thick it was difficult to communicate. The second person had dogs barking in the background. Rather frustrating. I’ll be looking elsewhere.

If your health is important to you, please do not go to this practice! I have never been treated so badly at any medical office and being a type one diabetic, I have been in and out of doctors offices since I was six years old. I would not trust anyone in this office to even remove a sliver from my finger much less take care of anything Gastro related. This office provides terrible service and inadequate patient care. We've been trying for more than three months to get interpreters scheduled for a deaf patient with an intellectual disability who has an upcoming GI appointment. Despite repeated phone calls, they do not return our calls or provide necessary information. We've requested several times to speak with Lynn, the secretary who handles interpreter scheduling, but she refuses to return calls and has not followed through on her responsibilities. Nurses are the best and Dr Trupiano is awesome I’ve had two Endos done and my first colonoscopy I was nervous, they were very helpful explaining procedures and findings won’t go anywhere else

I could give a zero and not a one star. This is the most ridiculous and unprofessional place. Stay away!!!
