Wish i could give 0 stars. STAY AWAY. they outsource their phone staff to foreigners you absolutely can’t understand. So i’m still fighting a 400$ bill they sent to wrongly to collections because i can’t get through on the phone and when I do, we can’t understand each other.Also, they billed me 400 when my insurance covers it, so that’s nice. The money you’re saving using cheap labor oversees, you’re loosing patients.

Do NOT wait for them to call you, they never will for a appointment. This practice doesnt even deserve one star. My doctor put in a referral a month ago to them. Never heard from them. So I called them numerous times and was told the secretary would give me a call. Month later no one calls. I call my Doctor, they call them and they say they arent taking transfer patients. Why didnt they tell me that a month ago? They are not into this for your health that is for sure. Very unprofessional

Only because I can't give a negative number of stars. Everyone in that office is away or at lunch. Almost like it's a fake office.

They won't correct my PREVENTIVE colonoscopy and the code associated with the polyp they found. Long story short I ended up having to pay for it even though it's covered because the insurance won't pay a diagnostic code. All they have to do is add the correct code to the polyp that was sent in. It was a back and forth, sending messages and chasing people down. I finally just paid the bill last week because i was tired of it.
