This office provides terrible service and inadequate patient care. We've been trying for more than three months to get interpreters scheduled for a deaf patient with an intellectual disability who has an upcoming GI appointment. Despite repeated phone calls, they do not return our calls or provide necessary information. We've requested several times to speak with Lynn, the secretary who handles interpreter scheduling, but she refuses to return calls and has not followed through on her responsibilities. Nurses are the best and Dr Trupiano is awesome I’ve had two Endos done and my first colonoscopy I was nervous, they were very helpful explaining procedures and findings won’t go anywhere else
I could give a zero and not a one star. This is the most ridiculous and unprofessional place. Stay away!!!
