These apartments are great! I love not having to drive to school. And the price for the apartment is very reasonable. I would recommend these apartments if you are looking for student housing. Id like to give Doug, the maintenance guy, a shoutout for always being there to help us with anything we need!!
I've been waiting all year to write this. Wait until the end for the SLC police cameo! It's genuinely funny how awful this place is. It is under new management since I first moved in, so it has improved slightly, but it remains a crappy and unnecessarily expensive place to live. When I first moved in my apartment was disgusting. I've included a photo, but that doesn't do the grossness justice at all. There were piles of dirt, trash, coffee beans, dead bugs, and who knows what else under all of the drawers in the bedrooms. The employee I think his name in Doug, he helps me everytime he comes to the apartment he treats me with respect, and so awesome makes live here amazing!
A great place to live grounds are well kept and staff there are amazing especially staff member Doug M he is on top of things he is kind and considerate and very polite definitely check this place out.
