I have a lot of issues with the management at this apartment complex but the maintenance man Doug is such an angel! He is so quick to help out and makes sure he does it right! As a young girl sometimes it can be weird having a random man in your apartment but he is so so careful to not make us uncomfortable or feel weird at all! If you are looking into living here, DONT, but if you do then Doug will take care of you when he can!
Honestly, it's not a bad place to live if you are going to school in SLC, I had some initial struggles with moving in, but nothing that couldn't be resolved quickly! The apartment was in good condition, and the new staff has been very helpful, Shoutout to Doug the new maintenance guy, he's helped with any concerns and supported me in improving my experience here anytime I've asked! This place is definitely on the upturn lately, and excited to see how the new team continues to fix the problems from the old teams!
As you can tell from all of the comments below mine, this place has had some major issues.. from run down apartments, to getting absolutely no help from any of the management they have had employed in the past. I mean on the verge of condemnation.. until a couple months ago when a godsend walked into management. This place is ridiculous they finally hire a property manager who knows what she doing and was really starting to turn this place around and get things done and really cared about the residents Christina went above and beyond for us then to find out they fired her! WTH is wrong with upper management besides not wanting this place to change for the better!
I had my mind set that I would never renew my lease with this place it was unprofessional and run down, then they hired a new manager that was really getting things done and making this place better for the residents and feel more like a community and made it fun to live here!
