Do not let your kid live here. It is overpriced, under maintained, and immovable with year long leases. Maintenance either doesn’t answer their phone or takes weeks to replace a microwave, fix the freezer, or install a new water pipe.
This complex has really been really a life saver. It is super close to campus and as a university student it makes everything so much easier being able to walk to campus rather than deal with the garbage parking situation at the U. The maintenance man Doug has really improved my experience here. After running into some issues with my garbage disposal backing up and my sink filling with water Doug was here at the drop of a hat. He came and fixed the sink same day I messaged him about it and really helped to take a huge weight... read more
