Chelsie is INCREDIBLE. I was close to posting a very negative review after being sent on a goose chase for new couches for weeks (for context: the apartment comes fully furnished. Our couches were in terrible condition. They were shedding over the floor and had stained onto the wall). I brought up the need for new couches back in August when I first moved in. My step daughter lives here. it is under new management. The new manager Chelsea has gone out of her way to keep in contact with me about my questions or concerns, if she doesn’t know an answer she will get one and get back to me!

I want to call out the manager Chelsie specifically for great customer service. Her friendliness and steady communication were instrumental in working out an issue my son had with getting out of a lease. She helped turn a stressful situation into a workable situation and her calmness and empathy were very helpful and appreciated.

This place sucks. The hot tub advertised does not work and they have no plans for repairs or renovations. Apartments were not move in ready, we've lived here for three months now and our first maintenance request has still not been addressed. Poor living conditions even worse service from whoever works here. I've been trying to contact the leasing office for three days in attempt to get my mail but still no response. You would probably be more happy living literally anywhere else.
