i would love to leave a review for the maintenance man doug! he is such an angel to work with and is always willing to help with whatever you need help with. although he is super busy with many other tasks, he’s always on point trying to help in anyway he can.

This place is HELL on EARTH
The University Gardens Apartments is a decrepit hovel of despair and mental anguish. Two years ago, I decided to give this place a chance despite the horrific reviews I read. I was desperate and needed a place to live. Suffice it to say, that was the worst decision of my life. Looking back, I realize that I now would rather camp out under a bridge with nothing but a cardboard box as shelter than stay another year at the University Gardens Apartments.
