The employee I think his name in Doug, he helps me everytime he comes to the apartment he treats me with respect, and so awesome makes live here amazing!
A great place to live grounds are well kept and staff there are amazing especially staff member Doug M he is on top of things he is kind and considerate and very polite definitely check this place out.
During the first few months of our lease, the management was pretty unreliable. However, recently, with management turnover, the place is actually improving. Tanira, the new property manager, is fixing the hot tub, redoing the parking lot, and improving maintenance response times. A good option for students who go to the University of Utah.
If you are thinking about living here DO NOT!!!!! Definitely was the worst decision I could have made. The management has been awful. While they changed management near the beginning of the year nothing has improved. They have not been able to keep track of my Rent for the whole year. I have been sent multiple eviction notices even though i have paid my rent on time every month.
