Awful with scheduling. They booked an appointment for me to receive foot brace and then after I got there and waited 30 min, they said they don't have it yet and to come back in 2-3 weeks!! Incompetent billing dept: Then they billed by insurance and myself double for each item (boot and ankel support). Literally doubled my bill!
