Nice Dr Hott Pleasant staff
Dr. Huott is the BEST! I needed a procedure done to help a painful scar tissue cyst on the bottom of my foot. I had to have the same procedure done at the university foot and ankle institute of new england in Warwick and never returned there as the procedure was immensely painful and the Dr. there (Gallucci) handled it horribly and was cruel and disrespectful towards me and my mother. My follow-up appointment got moved 45 minutes later and I showed up at the original time (that’s on me). I then checked in and was left waiting for full hour before going up to remind the staff I was here, while watching other patients who’s appointment was at the same time get taken back. Turns out they had forgotten about me, and the receptionist quietly suggested it was my fault, even though I’d made it clear I was going to wait for the actual time. Gross Negligence I have never been more horrified by the treatment of a patient. Dr. Simeone showed incredible incompetence, caused intense physical harm, and disgusting narcissism when working with a loved one who is a complex patient. He grabbed the foot of the patient with intense and debilitating chronic pain, consistently over-stated that he would be able to suddenly eliminate her chronic pain, and he did not ask for consent in all interactions with the patient (besides paperwork).
