Recently purchased flowers as a gift to the bride for a small, local wedding. The woman I spoke to initially was very helpful and accommodating. But when I went to pay and have the flowers picked up, they were in sad shape. They were wilty and browning along some of the edges. In addition, the woman who came out was less than helpful. She didn't know anything about my order and was not aware that we were picking them up. Sybil and her team are amazing. The flowers and arrangements for my Mom's funeral in October,2024 were breathtaking. Mom would have been so happy with them!

I talked to Carolyn today. I am from out of state and I have never used university floral before. She was kind, caring and helped me with my floral needs. She walked me through all costs and delivery information. I would choose university floral again without any hesitation.
