I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Carlson and every one of his staff. The front desk staff are so helpful. Always ready to find convenient appointment times or help schedule tests or bloodwork. Dr Carlson is a great doctor. Takes his time to explain things I don’t understand and always answers all my questions. The nurses are so friendly and put me at ease. Don’t go anywhere Dr Carlson-you are my forever doctor!! Any one who becomes your patient will feel the same way.
I found my new primarily care physician!! Dr. Brian is awesome! Well worth the drive out to Lakewood ranch. Dr. Brian listened to my issues, spend quite a bit of time checking and reviewing all aspects of my health, and get this: he even asked me several times if I had any questions and, “…what else can I do for you”!!!!! Seriously, this is the first for me. Can’t recommend enough!!
Many of my experiences with doctors involve having to make an appointment 3-4 months in advance, then on the appointment date checking in prior to my appointment time and waiting in the lobby for 15 minutes before being called back to take the appropriate vitals and put me into a patient room. I then wait for another 15-20 minutes before the PA or Doctor arrive to see me. This is the first place I've encountered that won't accept / help patients without insurance. Most places at least have a doctors program to offer or have a cash visit cost.
Their office is always on time. ALWAYS answers the phone and try their absolute best to provide premium customer service. Oh and there providers are really good. And I absolutely love that Dr. Carlson is willing to train new doctors, PAs and NP. Would highly recommend them and do often.
