New eye Dr. Excellent service.
dismissive staff, especially the front counter, calling to reorder contacts on several occasions end up being a hassle and was treated like I was inconveniencing staff just for trying, have been hung up on multiple times or transferred to an extension that I had already tried and explained no one is answering just to call back and be hung up on without so much as a hello. Do not recommend, have already found a new optometrist. Anywhere is better than this place.
My mom brought my 7 year old here on 12/18/25 for an appointment at 11:20. They got there early and checked in. They sat in the waiting room for over an hour and were never brought back for my daughter to be seen. Everyone else who walked in after them was brought back though. They have nothing in the waiting room for kids, so my daughter was up and running(quietly) and kept going up to the candy dish, but not taking any.
