At the end of my last appt (July 2024), scheduled the next one for my wife and I a year from then. A week before that next one (July 2025), I called to confirm and they didn't have it on record anymore, best they could do is 4 months from then (yesterday). We went yesterday and the doctor was out and the receptionists lied about notifying us (a last minute event, but they said they sent a letter and left voicemails a month ago, neither of which we ever received).
