I was told to come in for a glaucoma test a week before a possible Avastin injection the following week. I was told that the test was quick and they would get me right in and out. I showed up ten minutes early and then sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes while they took in two people that came in after my appointment time, one of them being a friend of the girl that was taking the patients to the examination rooms whose appointment was for ten minutes after mine. At the end of my last appt (July 2024), scheduled the next one for my wife and I a year from then. A week before that next one (July 2025), I called to confirm and they didn't have it on record anymore, best they could do is 4 months from then (yesterday). We went yesterday and the doctor was out and the receptionists lied about notifying us (a last minute event, but they said they sent a letter and left voicemails a month ago, neither of which we ever received).
