Dr Tina Kovals office her staff and the manager over the whole office are extremely unprofessional and no one should come to them. My husband is a double amputee and they joked about him keeping his toes. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful and rude.

The occupational health department is with out a doubt the slowest and laziest I have ever had to come into contact with. It doesn't matter what time of day you present, I was there 5 minutes before they opened and the first person in line for a urine screen and I still waited 40 minutes to pee in a cup. I've never waited less than 30 minutes and have waited up to 90 minutes for a urine screen.

I would rate zero stars if I had that option. I'm not a patient or anything with this hospital but I needed to come in for a background check for this state board that I was about to apply for. I went to the reception desk where I asked if they do them here. She was SO rude and mean about it, she proceeded to tell me that it's upstairs on the second floor.
