Unprofessional only good if you’re an intern look to gain some experience while in college but most of the professional I’ve interacted with today were not empathetic to patients especially children department. They were robotic and dismissive. I did not like my expense with Alla (Ala) and attending physician assistant. Long wait for appointment, long wait during appointment. Useless exam and information. Waste of time, money, and patience.
Make appointments and call 2-3 hours later. Have a poor appointment scheduling.
The worst thing is waiting 3 hours, they are not friendly at all, if I could I wouldn't give a star, I don't plan to return to this apartment.
My experience with my son in this place was pleasant, all the staff were very friendly, Dr. Mohammad Dastjerdi, an excellent professional, has a lot of patience.
