Let me say that there are some wonderful nurses there but they are understaffed and the Night Shift is absolutely terrible I wouldn’t recommend sending anyone to Westwood they do not regularly check on their patients my wife would go all night without a visit from any nurses was left with dirty diapers for hours she had a bruise on her arm from one of the nurses which they had to terminate Since it wasn’t the first time

Had a bad experience my first time going there to pick up my uncle with my mother! Courtney Cox was very unprofessional and rude! She was very disrespectful to my mother. She was using all types of profanity. I feel something needs to be done.

Everyone here has been so kind and helpful. They have taken really good care of my Aunt, and it has been greatly apricated. Thank you to all the staff here for all of your hard work and patience!

My Mother's care was abysmal. I would give negative stars if possible. The indifference shown by most of the staff was stunning. They are woefully understaffed (especially on the weekends) and unable to provide appropriate care to patients with dementia. There were careless errors at intake that had her in isolation for no reason. Communication/planning was lacking and occurred only when I called.
