Awesome crew!
It was fine. Ok facility. I was first patient of the day and had to arrive 75 minutes prior to procedure which was fine, but I sat in the empty freezing waiting area for 45 minutes. After being up all night with that colonoscopy prep I really wanted to lay down! Not sure why I had to be so early to sit in the empty waiting room. Nurses were nice. Wish they had taken me Back sooner and would have called the next day, as they said they would. I survived!
Dr. Brook and his entire team at UC endoscopy center did an excellent job - Good communication, organized, efficient, friendly, responsive, nothing I’d change.
