Great people. Considerate and even walked me to the car afterwords. Minimum waiting.
This was a great experience! I had been trying to have a colonoscopy for over a year. I even drank the liquid prep 4 times! Everyone was so nice and professional and made me feel safe and comfortable. Thank you so much to Dr. Brook and staff (Tricia, Mary, Kelsey) and everyone else whose name I can't remember. Special shout out to the nurse anesthetist. Keep up the good work. I owe you guys a muffin basket lol!
As Far as the facility and the people doing endoscopy,they did great! As far as getting my results in a timely fashion not so much. I didn't even receive any useful info about endoscopy on MY Chart Very Very dissatisfied!
The staff is very friendly make you feel comfortable and relax.
