I had an extremely disappointing experience with the installation of my washing machine. The technician was very unprofessional—he wore shoe covers but still stepped outside and then inside, leaving the carpet dirty. To make matters worse, the white handrails on the stairs were also marked with black stains. I placed an order for a 36 wolf range, wolf hood, sub zero French door fridge, wolf speed oven, dishwasher costing thousands of dollars. They delivered it and refused to bring it into the house. Apparently it is their policy to leave it in the garage. Be warned, they will charge you per appliance to bring it into the house and their delivery does not include installation. Unbelievable. If you’re in the market for appliances, look no further than University Electric. As soon as I walked into the showroom I was blown away by their extensive selection and the warmth and expertise of the staff. We worked with Adam on a fridge replacement. Adam was incredibly knowledgeable and super patient. He took the time to review a number of options and ultimately helped us identify the right product. Buying Wolf appliances the prices are going to be the same at any of thier distributors. What separates University is that they held our appliances in there own warehouse until they day we needed delivery. Everything delivered without damage. Highly recommend Newton and thier supporting team.
