Apartment complex is located in a great area with quick proximity to campus. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Everything is included utilities wise in the base rent which is also super nice.
Clean, safe, and affordable housing. Maintenance crew always helpful. Office staff, Jessica is very professional and friendly.
Carrie gave me a tour and she was the best. She answered every question that I had and helped me any way I needed. She was very professional and caring. She listened to any concerns and didn’t just push them out of mind and stayed positive theoughout the whole experience. I went from cautious and unsure to going to confident about my choice with her help.
If I could give zero stars I would. All of them university edge apartments are filthy and provide no maintenance. I’ve been into multiple of the apartments and not one room is ever cleaned or serviced after a resident moves out. The carpets are beyond repair in the rooms. The people that work at the front desk don’t do their job. You constantly raise rent and prices. Start fixing the problems. I would rather live on the street.
