Way too expensive. All sorts of fees it’s unbelievable. I would recommend finding another option for housing.
Overcharging me on my rent. Roommates paying less for same space.
Most of Management is incredibly difficult to deal with and very unprofessional, aside from the cleaning staff who were wonderful. Would not sign here again. Parking lot is incredibly far away (coming from a resident- believe me 1,200 a month is way too much money to pay for an unsafe parking lot especially in winter months). Price not worth it regardless of what they tell you on the phone
Love the staff, what a great knowledgeable team. Love the property.
