I just moved here and I’m unsatisfied already. Been here for a month now and it’s just not all that it’s hyped up to be. Maintenance shows up unannounced, can barely get in contact with the office. There’s a staff member there that is supposed to help the residents and it seems as if they don’t know what they’re doing at all. Very frustrating. Moved into a unit with things broken and more. Honest review for prospective residents (not a paid promo!!) I lived here last year in a 2 bedroom with my friend, and transferred to a 4 person this year with my other friends so I can speak to the property fairly well. First, the amenities; never been to the pool but looks clean when open, which is only for like a month during the school year. AN UPDATE TO MY REVIEW. These people will never look to help or rectify any situation. The response at the end of this post is completely BOGUS, as I have been trying to come to some agreement and they will not call or answer my call. ONCE AGAIN........ DO NOT RENT HERE, you will regret it. This place is terrible. We lived here all 4 years of college and expected better after being loyal residents, but they completely took advantage of us. Rent jumped from $795 to over $1050, they took away free parking and replaced it with paid spots, trash piled up in the rooms, and packages got stolen even though we paid for a locker. Numerous monthly charges were added each year without proper notice.
