Do NOT live here or even visit. They will tow your car even when there are 12 open parking spots and without any warning. Oh and the towing fee is a month worth of rent. I work a late job and get back in the morning and there would have been zero issue with my car being there other than it being a money grab. Even visiting the property there is puke in the hallway that has not been cleaned up for EIGHT MONTHS. I would strongly caution anyone considering living here. The parking situation is extremely frustrating—residents often have to park far away from their own units, and cars seem to get towed quickly and without much warning. It feels like you’re constantly worried about where you leave your vehicle. Safety is another major concern. In my experience, some of the apartment doors did not feel secure and could be opened too easily, which made the building feel unsafe. Jeff and Dylan are incredibly nice and work so hard to make sure everything is working! Jeff recently helped us with our dryer and Dylan replaced my window!
Dylan and Jeff are the nicest maintenance guys out there!!! I always appreciate how quick they get our issues fixed!
