very nice place for living, leasing office staff are nice and always open to help with any issues or concerns.
This is such an amazing property to rent, I have lived here for 2 months and I absolutely love it. It is extremely close to campus and such a convenient location. It is such a nice unit even for the price !! It is such an amazing atmosphere with very welcoming staff. The utilities and amenities that the unit/building comes with are wonderful!! Overpriced for sure. Overall nice apartments but I definitely do not recommend getting the parking pass as my car has been broken into. There’s a security van in the lot that doesn’t do anything at all. There’s plenty of street parking nearby so don’t waste your money on a parking pass. You can honestly find something almost as nice for much cheaper.
I've lived here for two months now and I love it! It's great having such a short commute to both the Main and medical campuses. Maintenance is quick and the front desk is always helpful. The building itself is inviting and a great atmosphere for not only studying but also hanging out with friends. Overall would recommend!
