If I could give this complex zero stars, I would. Recently, my roommates and I — along with several other tenants — were overcharged nearly $300 on our monthly rent. These extra charges were falsely labeled as “move-out fees,” even though we are still living here and never moved out. The management gave no warning before rent was due, no explanation for the charges, and no option to dispute them before we were forced to pay in full through the online portal. I don’t recommend leasing with this company. They charge a lot more than what they offer. The receptionist is very rude and passive aggressive. However, the managers a very kind. The appliances are really out dated. Sometimes maintenance would come in on their own for a work order even when asked to not come in on their own. I had water damage that was not treated in my closet and bathroom. When I first moved in the vent showed it was never cleaned. Don’t recommend!

I had a great experience with University Edge thanks to Savannah. Savannah was super friendly and always made a point to say hi whenever she saw me. Savannah was the main reason I decided to sign. She was incredibly professional and efficient over the phone, answering all my questions and making the process easy. When I met her in person, she was just as kind and helpful.
