The perfect place to live my senior year! We loved the amenities like the study lounge, snack bar, gym, and rooftop. Liz is super responsive and accessible when we needed her for anything. Location is perfect!

The property manager, Liz Shepard for University Downtown was wonderful. She was very accessible, highly responsive and made a huge effort to keep her communication with the student tenants fun, playful and informative. She was always sharing important updates and created fun incentives for the tenants to get involved. Liz was very helpful and entertaining with her emails throughout the year! She has a unique way of guiding “kids” into the world of living on their own with expectations and humor that were greatly appreciated as a parent.
