Liz and the crew at University Downtown provided a safe and fun place to live for my daughter during her senior year. Convenient location and enough bedrooms for her and her five best friends!
The property manager, Liz Shepard for University Downtown was wonderful. She was very accessible, highly responsive and made a huge effort to keep her communication with the student tenants fun, playful and informative. She was always sharing important updates and created fun incentives for the tenants to get involved. We have had three kids rent apartments over the years and have lots of experience with the different property managers. Liz was very helpful and entertaining with her emails throughout the year! She has a unique way of guiding “kids” into the world of living on their own with expectations and humor that were greatly appreciated as a parent.

UD has the best environment to live in Durham. Great locations and it is the perfect next step after living in campus housing.
