They treated me super well, I speak Spanish and my English is very basic and they were very friendly, the time I spent on the MRI machine I didn't even feel it because I was listening to music that they selected for me... They are a 10/10 thank you very much

I am an in network patient, and this company billed me for the remaining balance my insurance said they had to write off, after my insurance paid their portion and I had already paid my co-pay. My insurance said I did not owe this balance but this company insists I do.They claim that the forms you sign at their office allows them to bill you if the insurance doesn't allow something or doesn't pay what they were expecting, even though their contract with the insurance company says otherwise. Just a heads up.

Scheduling was easy, Jay who got me scheduled and was super helpful and accommodating, was able to get in same day, the office staff was friendly and professional, the process was smooth.

Tiffany & Jaden were amazingly professional, prompt and the MRI machine is the best one I’ve ever used because it’s larger and doesn’t make you feel entrapped or claustrophobic! This is my second time here in two years and they are exceptional and clean!

I spent almost three months trying to get an MRI. Three separate places turned me away for being a big person, but this place didn’t. The woman up front was very sweet and nice when she greeted me and helped me with the paperwork. But the real star was Jeremy! He was so helpful and did everything he could to make sure I got the images I needed. I’ll always come to the Vineland office and recommend others here.
