I had a wonderful experience at this place. Honestly, I was experiencing a lot of anxiety in regards to the test I was having done. The staff were so sweet and calming and reassuring. I felt really supported, and they helped me get through just fine! THANK YOU for helping me today! (Additionally, they got me in even before my scheduled appointment, and I had zero wait, so I’d give this place more than 5 stars if I could!)
Staff friendly and professional. They are on time for pre-made appointments.
I had an appointment scheduled for 7:30 AM, and by 8:34 AM I was still sitting in the lobby waiting. When I asked the front desk, the young lady told me they would be able to see me around 8:50 AM. That’s over an hour after my scheduled appointment time. I understand delays happen, but why schedule someone for 7:30 if they won’t be seen until almost 9:00? It shows a lack of respect for people’s time. Communication and better scheduling would make a big difference

Five stars is an understatement! Diana and Mykayla you girls were heaven sent! You ladies made my day. I have never felt so genuinely cared about the way you two ladies did for me this afternoon.
