Five stars! I went to an appointment today. UDI is the best I've been in Florida. Customer service is awesome from the front desk, ultrasound and x-ray tech. The best thing was I was on my break and got back to work on time. Thank you!
I am highly dissatisfied with my experience. Despite arriving for my 10:30 appointment at 10:22, I remained waiting until 11:26. When I inquired with the receptionist, I received an unsatisfactory explanation, even as other clients were served and departed during this time. If you have an appointment here I would recommend to clear yourself from any other appointment you may have and plan to sit her for at least an hour before your name is call
I had an absolutely amazing experience here for an MRI. I was very nervous about both the imaging itself, and also the potential results, and everyone was so caring and compassionate. I would highly recommend this facility for any imaging needed.
