Always so friendly.
Was treated with absolute disrespect over the phone. I wish I got the woman's name. I answered the phone and she asked for myself and she proceeded to say she had left me a voicemail in July. I tried to tell her I wasn't aware of a voicemail and before I could finish she said "Do you not need an appointment then anymore?" In the nastiest tone of voice.
