They are highly unprofessional and can’t keep a schedule. If I had been 15 minutes or more late, they would have considered me a no show and billed me for the appt. I waited for the dr for an hour and a half but that’s ok. Their time is more valuable than me getting back home to my children. While sitting in the waiting room for a half hour past my appt., I had the wonderful honor of listening to one of the girls at the check in desk yawning obnoxiously for the entire waiting room to hear. My experience with this office was horrible. When I was having adverse effects from treatment they started me on they disregarded as normal and ultimately I ended up suffering. They did not return my calls in a time when I needed help the most. They misinformed me about the effects of my treatment. I am left feeling neglected and disrespected.
