Called the dental hospital after having a couple of big extractions the week before and suffering with pain at one of the extraction sites. Was offered an appointment the same day and seen on time. 4th year student Sara was very polite, pleasant and professional. Together with her supervisor they quickly diagnosed a "dry socket" then flushed and packed it which was uncomfortable but expertly accomplished. I was kept informed at every stage as to what was being done and what to expect. Thank you.
Waiting over 24hours.for a phone.call for a emergency appointment phoned at 2pm Sunday to be told be called back in the morning symptoms worsened so called 6am Monday didn't receive any calls back even though told would be contacted in a hour, still have server toothache
