Been coming here for years, but am strongly thinking of leaving. They have too many patients and too few hygienists. Last week they cancelled my appointment because the hygienist was sick. Next appointment? Six months out. Dentists are each typically only available 1 or 2 days a week. I think I'd prefer a full time dentist that doesn't overschedule the hygienists.
Incredibly horrible customer service and unprofessional staff. They are not transparent with treatment plans or care. They are completely about pulling teeth They, even if unnecessary (trust me just get a second opinion after going here). This place takes the easy way out and doesn't do what is best for you!! They are an educational "facility" made up of unskilled staff who are unwilling to communicate with patients and have very rude bed side manner. I came here to get my wisdom teeth out, they put me to sleep and when i woke up they were all out, and i haven't had any pain in the 2 days they have been out. Very professional and fast. It only took an hour.
