I appreciate the competent service provided at this location. There is still work to be done on the courteous professionalism side. I arrived thirteen minutes late for my appointment. The receptionist (Haley or Kaley), seated across the lobby, called out to me that because I was fifteen minutes late I would need to reschedule.
