Nice Staff but whoever i spoke with on the phone was very misleading and after taking time off of work and driving over 30 min, i had to leave without being seen. Will try a different dentistry.
Will never return… The only reason I came here is because my insurance changed and I was under the impression that my normal dentist did not accept my current insurance. I should’ve got up and left when they left me sitting in the waiting area for 45 minutes past my appointment time. After finally going to the back for my exam, I can tell the dental assistant was either new or just not fully trained yet… She had to go back multiple times to type up my treatment plan to where the cost was changing significantly. I have been a patient at UDA for years and can’t imagine going to another dental office! Dr. Aguirre genuinely cares about her patients and their oral health. Jahari and Marcia are a dream team at the front office! They always offer a warm welcome and are very knowledgeable with insurance companies/claims. From the front desk to the hygienists to the assistants, I cannot give this office a strong enough recommendation!
