I will admit University Court is in need of an upgrade since it is an older development, but do know that we pay dirt cheap rent. I pay for my two bedroom like one third of what I did at my last one bedroom apartment. You get what you pay for! They do a lot of functions for the residents, bus rides, picnics, parties for the kids so I like that they try to do things for the residents which is more than I can say for other properties. just an update on the on whats going on in these ran down behind apartments, so the mice have doubled in numbers coming in the apts through the base boards heaters and gaps between where the walls and floors suppose to me...and the window have so much air coming though them.

I give this housing complex 0 stars I mean this place has to one of the worst apt developments next to prince street, I never seen a more mice infested place in my life and when I say infested I wish I could post some the pics and videos that I have taken over the months, never seen such a mess and that's all I have to say but no it's not and the maintenance crew here is a joke as well it took me as a visitor to come make my friends apt right....so for those that have intrest in this place run for the hills....PLEASE
