I've had multiple problems with management. Issues with rent and late fees, and rent money basically being lost. It went from me not paying about 6 months of rent to just two months. After I told the manger I was going to call my credit union to see if the check had been cashed. Right after she calls me and tells me she found rent for December. I’ve had a very frustrating experience with the property management Kim at this community. Communication is difficult, and when tenants reach out for help, the responses often feel dismissive. It seems like concerns are treated as inconveniences rather than responsibilities. Several residents have expressed similar experiences, and it creates an environment where tenants feel unsupported. The office management isn’t very welcoming or friendly. I called to see if they had anything available and the tone and attitude was a bit unpleasant and when I asked if they knew if anything would be available in the future it was just a straight forward “NO” I found that very rude that he didn’t even want to check.
I have been trying to get in contact with someone but can’t get an answer
Love it here, but I’ve been here over 5 years and only seen the pool open one summer. We miss Monikki, but other than that it’s been great.
