I loved my first experience here. Starting from the ease of locating the facility to the information desk to the obstetrics reception to the nurses and midwife, I was very impressed with the amount of care shown. They are prompt. Listened to my concerns and gave me top notch care. I'm glad I chose this facility. I hope this remains same through my delivery and beyond.
Extremely disappointed in the care I have received thus far, and I'm not even over with it all yet. It took THREE weeks to get my test results when I was told I would have my results in a week. I called several times over those three weeks, only to be told by each nurse "I can't speak with you regarding this" which made me even more nervous.
