Just came out yesterday after a 3 day stay and it was amazing, the sergions are great and friendly( very good at there job) and the nurses and cleaners are very caring and kind. I had a lovely stay and was very comftable. Thank you to all staff 🥰 food was also very nice
Today I had an appointment with a cardiologist for which I have been waiting for 10 months and when I checked in at the reception they told me that the clinic would not be open due to a strike by young doctors....???? No one bothered to inform me and give me a new appointment, not to mention that I feel very bad, my health has deteriorated while waiting , thanks to their irresponsibility towards patients and because someone is sleeping and they don't care about patient health.... I had a urology appointment today at University College London Hospital, and I can honestly say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hospital itself is incredibly clean and well-maintained, which immediately put me at ease. Everything was organized, professional, and welcoming. 3 July 2025. Early attendance appointment after a long journey. Saw a grey haired man in black trousers white shirt standing at front door smoking, then watched shocked as he threw it in the road still lit. Then my partner said good morning but this man just snarled at us and said 'you having surgery' I asked who this man was as no idea as no visible ID on show and after what he did with his cigarette we thought he was a visitor or patient to the hospital.
