Dr. Moinester had awful bedside manners. He walked into the room, did not greet my elderly mother and was unnecessarily rough with trimming her toenails. It was almost like he was angry at her and we had never been here before. I am so glad I accompanied my mother to this place. We will Never go back.
The experience was off as soon as we walked in the door. We don’t live near by and where we live there isn’t a mask mandate, we don’t mind wearing one, but when calling to confirm appointment, please mention bringing a mask. Also, the power just went out which wasn’t anyones fault, but filling out paperwork was difficult. Signing your name to words you can barely see. Be aware of the ladies at this Drs. office. Mainly the lady that calls you and tell you how much you have to pay - I was supposed to have surgery a few years ago and decided to change my mind and go somewhere else after I received a call saying that I had to pay $500.00 1st to the Drs. office before my surgery. Really......... 0k. I admired the Dr. that I was seeing however that call was a complete turn off.
