ok, this may be a long review but i have to say what i'm feeling. i have lived at salem harbour apartments for 43 years. i have always been a good resident & never caused any problems. well i sent a maintenance request and received a email from antonia (new property manager). i tried to explain what myself and neighbors are going through with "crickets ". her question was: are they inside? if they are outside " we will not treat for crickets". i just think she should have handled this a little more professional. like let me ... read more
Roaches for months and terrible management with no one above the local director to talk to. Also, dirty in the common areas and outside around the property.
The only reason UCH is getting one star is because I like the size of my apartment. That is where it ends. I unfortunately am a current resident of UCH and truly have never had such a horrible experience with renting an apartment. Where to start? First, when I walked through to look at the apartment and I saw some concerns before I signed the lease, I decided to voice them and ask if they would be taken care of before move-in.
