This Doctor is terrible. She speaks with so much rudeness and in a condensing manner. My Daughter failed her eye exams, She said don't come back in 1 year. Like seriously?. She said so many rude things I can't even begin to write. And I drove 1 hour to this location. What a waste of time.
I cannot express how amazing this office is. They fit my child in same day and the staff was absolutely phenomenal. From the front desk to the Doctor (saw Dr. Hughes) everyone was so sweet and helpful.
Rude staff. We have been going to this place for last 2 years. However, this time the staff was extremely rude. She put drops in my kids eyes and asked us immediately to leave the room as she wanted it for the next patient. My kid was not even able to open his eyes yet and she stood at the door asking us to leave. The doctor had put on the music with lights on the stuffies as she left the room and my kid was smiling and enjoying it. We are very thankful to Dr. Sun and Dr. Rana for treating my son after his critical injury. We feel so lucky and blessed to have had them as his doctors. With their expertise, experience, knowledge and along with God’s blessings, my son is doing well. I must say, Dr. Sun is truly a genius doctor, and Dr. Rana manages the lens aspect of his treatment beautifully.
El lugar es tranquilo pero el personal que me atendió a mi una total PORQUERÍA, una tal Karen y una Jenifer que atiende en la recepción les causó gracia que no hablará ingles y me dejaron esperando por más de 30 minutos.
