Impossible to get a hold of to make an appt. I’ve left voicemails like they tell you to do so they can call you back and I’ve never received a call back. I’ve only been able to make appts when someone actually picks up and that is rare. Won’t be returning.
The wait time to see the doctor is absolutely horrible and unacceptable. We got to the office 15 minutes before our 2PM appointment and we weren’t seen by the doctor until 3:10PM. Knowing that you’re going to have to dilate the child’s eye and that alone takes another 20 minutes, why would you have young children wait this unnecessary amount of time. Never made it into the office for my daughters appt. They booked her out a month. I specifically told them I am a self pay patient. A day before her appointment, they sent me a text message saying that it has to be canceled due to insurance reasons that they found my daughter enrolled in. Now, I never provided anything besides her name and DOB.
