Unbelievably intrusive and EXTREMELY rude. Especially Dr. Rousta. We missed my daughters appointment because my daughter was in the hospital for a week after surgery and then an emergency came up with my family so we couldn't get there. Mind you they have called me to reschedule my daughters appointment numerous times. She had the nerve to call me and say that it was "concerning" even though we had another appointment scheduled. Horrible customer service. Putting a condition on a child’s age to see if they can see them or not.
This Doctor is terrible. She speaks with so much rudeness and in a condensing manner. My Daughter failed her eye exams, She said don't come back in 1 year. Like seriously?. She said so many rude things I can't even begin to write. And I drove 1 hour to this location. What a waste of time.
I cannot express how amazing this office is. They fit my child in same day and the staff was absolutely phenomenal. From the front desk to the Doctor (saw Dr. Hughes) everyone was so sweet and helpful.
