I fractured my ankle and the staff and Doctors where nice. More important I had surgery and they did good. Pleased customer.
Staff are pretty miserable, my doctor left without anybody telling me, their phone system hangs up on you at random, and the level of care I've received has been pretty awful.
I am writing this review to warn other patients and express my complaint about the cardiologists Dr. R. PARKER WARD, Dr. CHRISTOPHER FERNANDEZ , and my primary care doctor RICHARD HARRIS (internist). There are great doctors at Uchicago Medicine, but these aforementioned doctors are really irresponsible and careless and they do not deserve to be affiliated with the hospital. 2019, January I had an aneurysm clamped by Dr. Awad. Dr. Awad and all the staff involved made this the easiest journey with all the care, comfort and support! I love this Hospital ❤️
