I received a new insurance card and my name was spelled correctly but not with the insurance company and my health care provider. I called to give my insurance info to Daniel at Inspire Heath care, Daniel noticed the problem after a few minutes and helped my get everything fixed, even giving phone numbers for people at my insurance company and my HR so they could get my name corrected. Dr.Chia Li explained everything very well and the reason for my upcoming appointments. He didn't rush me through my visit, he took his time. All the staff members I came in contact with were excellent! They also explained things to me very well. To sum it up, I was extremely satisfied with my visit .
I was a new patient driving in from Madera and encountered traffic as well as confusion navigating the construction areas around the building. After parking, it was unclear which entrance to use, which caused a brief delay. I arrived seven minutes past my appointment time and was informed I would not be seen. The front desk staff member appeared just as confused and surprised as I was, especially since I had already completed all required paperwork online prior to my visit. Just started coming to Inspire Health Cardiology. The ladies and guys are great! Miss Darlene is wonderful! Super friendly, helpful, funny, and she does a wonderful job! I look forward to seeing the staff at every appointment!!
I want to recognize Daniel (referal) and Mario (scheduler) from Inspire Health medical Group Cardiology. Daniel worked above and beyond to help out the situation (united health made several mistakes and delayed the care). Daniel stepped in and put a lot of efforts to help out! He made so many phone calls to the United Health team to correct all their mistakes. I can see Daniel took patients’ care as his top priority! My dad had 3 tests needed to be done..
