All my Doctors are located at this facility. Makes it easy for me to have them close & not encounter alot of traffic. I arrive on time & I am seen very fast. Wait time is very fast. My Doctors are kind, thorough & knowledgeable. Bedside manner is very important to me. Nothing but praise for them & their staff. I also use their lab for blood work. Very fast & Friendly service.

I received a new insurance card and my name was spelled correctly but not with the insurance company and my health care provider. I called to give my insurance info to Daniel at Inspire Heath care, Daniel noticed the problem after a few minutes and helped my get everything fixed, even giving phone numbers for people at my insurance company and my HR so they could get my name corrected. Dr.Chia Li explained everything very well and the reason for my upcoming appointments. He didn't rush me through my visit, he took his time. All the staff members I came in contact with were excellent! They also explained things to me very well. To sum it up, I was extremely satisfied with my visit .
I was a new patient driving in from Madera and encountered traffic as well as confusion navigating the construction areas around the building. After parking, it was unclear which entrance to use, which caused a brief delay. I arrived seven minutes past my appointment time and was informed I would not be seen. The front desk staff member appeared just as confused and surprised as I was, especially since I had already completed all required paperwork online prior to my visit.
