Surprised at all the changes since we were here last. The employees were friendly and very helpful. The car looked amazing after they were done. Since we had an older coupon we purchased, the vehicle was sent through the automatic car washer, dried by staff and then windows cleaned and vehicle vacuumed. Price appears to have changed based on desired level of cleaning. It took about 20 to 25 minutes from start to finish as they were not busy when we arrived.
The staff was very friendly but was let down from the change in services since the remodel. Working a very busy job I don’t get a lot of time to clean/vacuum out my car so I always opt for a full service car wash for the convenience. You now have to pay extra for the vacuum but they no longer wipe down the inside or clean the windows. Don’t often review but what happened to this place?? Completely different process from the past. I paid $35 for a crap service. Trash and crumbs still left inside despite paying extra for vacuuming. This place used to be phenomenal but seems like they tried to automate/cut costs. Terrible drying/cleaning by the employees as well. Won’t be back.
Horrible I spent 37.00 for a less then half assed job! You should be ashamed!
