If I could give NEGATIVE STARS, I would!! This place used to have a stamp card system for the car wash. Get 9 stamps, the 10th wash is free. I went to go get my free wash last Sat 04/05 to see the Car Wash was under renovation. Called today to see if the car wash was open and was told yes but they are no longer doing the stamp card. The attendant was very rude when I asked to use the coupons from their website and said I have to have them printed out (doesn't say that anywhere online). They also stole (or at the very least "accidentally" threw away) a piece of my radio and chords I had coming out of it. When I asked the management for a refund for my car wash they said they would only give me a partial refund if I did not contact higher management. They were extremely rude and unprofessional at handling the situation

Then I realized they charged me $120 for interior detailing when they have a Groupon for it at $80 :( it took them about an hour and 20 minutes to clean my car and they left it extremely greasy.
I paid 120$ for an interior and exterior detailing. The crew there not only failed to remove all the bird poop from the roof of my vehicle or vacuum adequately, but coated all of the plastic in the interior in an oily film. The vehicle also now smells absolutely horrible, especially when I use the A/C. It has been several days and the oil has not evaporated and the smell has only become worse over time.
